IBMCs in 2015

IBMCs in 2015

This year was not a good year and I’m not going to attempt to put a positive twist on it. The world is in turmoil, millions displaced, a refugee crisis, terrorist attacks, insane politicians, war…

In March Sean Price died. In May Dev Large died. In June Pumpkinhead died. We also lost Hussein Fatal of the Outlawz, DJ Deckstream, and old school pioneer Kool DJ AJ aka AJ Scratch. All these artists and their legacies will be remembered fondly by Hip Hop.

As for IBMCs, this has not been a productive year either, despite the hard work of many members. Every deadline was ignored and no interviews were published for the first year in over a decade. IBMCs relies on the cooperation of its members to provide content and although that cooperation is still there, general enthusiasm for our projects has decreased noticeably.

Because the IBMCs production line slowed almost to a halt this year, it means we will have a lot of stuff to drop on you in 2016. Here are some of the things to look forward to:

IBMCs Worldwide Remixes

George Fields ft Glad2Mecha & DXA – worldwide (IceRocks remix) (7 inch)

Kruscifix – worldwide (Boomruin remix)

Mad Dukez & Fresh Kils – worldwide (Unda remix)

D Strong ft King RA – worldwide (Klonazz remix)

Dr Oop ft Nucleus – worldwide (Crimson remix)

Under the Sun releases:

George Fields & Glad2Mecha – Glad to Meet you (LP/Cassette)

George Fields – Beyond Realm (2xLP/Cassette)
